| Abstract: | Combined with the status Sanda sports and the training theory of traditional Wushu,the author put forwaird the concept of Wushu fight consciousness as well as the theory of thought pattern of Wushu fight. It includes two sections,just thought pattern of Wushu fight of plane and solid. The training of fight consciousness is a process from the plane to solid. It is benefit to the development of Sanda sports and its skill training through the improvement of study about fight consciousness. |
