Analysis and suggestions about some problems related to the job- hunting of graduates from Shandong Institute of Physical Educatino and Sports

Through the research and analysis of the view of job-hunting of gradutes from SDIPES, combining with the current situation on the education and guidance service, the essay mainly expounds what the graduates face in obtaining employment and the problems that exists in the guiding service of the PE Institute. Furthermore, it makes some suggestions and solutions, so as to do the guidance and service work better and promote the development of this work.
