| 摘 要： | 对第10-12届健美操世界锦标赛中外混双选手成套动作完成的质量进行对比分析，结果表明：我国混双选手在成套动作的操化动作、难度动作、过渡衔接的强度、幅度、一致性等方面的完成质量，以及男女运动员的身体素质方面，与高水平国家混双选手具有一定的差距，并针对不足提出发展对策。

| Abstract: | The paper compares the movement set quality of the mixed double in the 10th to 12th world aerobics championship. The research shows that the Chinese mixed double athletes are weak than their foreign counterparts in the aspects of movement control, movement difficulty, intensity and scale of connection and consistency. The paper also proposes countermeasures. |
