高校开设健康教育课后的调查与思考

摘    要:采用问卷调查的方法,对影响高校学生健康状况的因素及高校健康教育现状进行调查分析。结果表明,高校开设健康教育课后学生受益与健康教育的结果很不乐观,所学知识与现实生活脱节,学生健康意识、行为以及良好生活方式尚未形成。其原因在于,高校管理者对健康教育的理解还存在着误区,学生对自身的健康重视不够,健康的自我管理能力较差。高校健康教育,应针对学生的生活方式、自我保健和健康知识方面的不足加以改进和完善,实现高校学生健康的自我管理和健康水平的提高。

Abstract:Through using the method of questionnaire investigation,this paper made investigation on current condition of health education and factors influencing student's health condition in universities.The result showed that the result of health education and student's benefit wasn't optimistic after setup health education course.The learning knowledge was disconnected with practical life.The health consciousness,behavior and good life style was still unformed.The main reason was the administrator's misunderstanding on health education,students less pay attention to their health,poor self-management on health.Health education in universities should aim at student's life style,self-health care and knowledge,improve and perfect the shortcoming in those aspects in order to promote the self-management and health level in universities.
