我国优秀铅球运动员左侧技术对整体技术影响的三维运动学分析

运用近景动态立体摄像和三维录像测量分析系统对我国10 名优秀铅球运动员的技术进行三维运动学分析,结果表明:在完整推铅球各阶段中,正确的身体左侧技术,可使运动员利用身体重心减小蹬地角、腾起角和低、平、快的滑步,可以建立起稳固的、强有力的左侧支撑,提高蹬伸用力效果,利于向前转动髋部,动员更多肌群参加最后用力工作,及加长最后推球工作距离,提高出手初速和运动成绩。

The Three Dimensional Kinematic Analysis of the Influence Which the Left Side Technique of Our Elite Shot Putters Have on Their Whole Technique

Chinese elite shot putters have been analyzed by the method of close range dynamic three dimensional cinema in order to reveal the influence of the left side technique on their whole technique. The result shows that correct left side technique during the each phase of the movement can make putters use their gravity, decrease the angle of thrusting against the ground and flight of gravity, get the gently and quickly glide, set up steady support on the left side, enhance the effect of leg stretch, mobilize more muscle groups, improve the speed of delivery.
