| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料调研和专家访谈等方法,对体操技术问题进行了研究,认为体操技术内容是由复杂动作技术结构系统组成,动作每个阶段运用的技术和支持它们的技术细节非常重要,可以直接导致动作优劣程度;体操动作有先进技术、正确技术、弥补技术和错误技术等4种表现形式,有其自己的特征;体操技术本质就是它的技术结构内容和表现形式,没有技术结构内容,就没有技术表现形式.
