| 摘 要： | 通过对我国高等体育院校休闲体育专业培养方案的分析,发现在专业培养目标、课程体系、专业方向等方面存在一定的差异,缺乏统一的专业指导规范.休闲体育专业建设应科学定位培养目标、合理设置专业课程、精心设计专业方向、充分优化师资结构,通过不断提升专业水平,进而提升休闲体育专业人才培养的质量.
