| 摘 要： | 岁时节日中有丰富的传统体育习俗活动，且已定型。认为：传统体育习俗活动是传承传统文化的重要载体，彰显民族文化的和谐内涵；面对文化全球化，传统体育习俗应以岁时节日的重构为历史契机，丰富其文化内涵，走向世界；树立民族自信心，增强民族凝聚力，加强民族团结，弘扬民族文化，推动我国的和谐社会建设。

| Abstract: | The festivals are abundant in the traditional sports custom activities and those activities have already fallen into patterns. It believed that the traditional sports custom activity was an important carrier to pass on and inherit the traditional culture and could make a clear show of the harmonious connotation of national culture. Faced with globalization of culture, the traditional sports customs ought to take the reconstruction of festivals as a golden historical opportunity to enrich the cultural connotation of their own, move towards the world, set up national selfconfidence, strengthen national coacervation and unity, exert great efforts to carry forward national culture and push forward the construction of harmonious society of our country. |
