| 摘 要： | 运用系统科学理论，将体育科技成果转化视为一个系统，从理论上分析了体育科技成果转化系统的结构和功能及其基本性质，即客观性、目的性、整体性、自组织性、层次性；同时探讨了影响体育科技成果向竞技体育运动实践转化的外部环境主要因素，即体育体制模式、经济发展状况、教育和国际环境。

| Abstract: | In the light of the theories of systematic science, the transformation of sports scientific and technological achievements is looked upon as a system. Therefore, the authors theoretically analyze the structure, function and basic natures of the transformation system for sports scientific and technological achievements. Meanwhile, the main factors in the external environment, which influence the transformation of the achievements towards competitive sports practice. The factors are the mode of sports system, the state of economy development, educational and international environment. |
