| 摘 要： | 通过对中外优秀男子跳远运动员关键技术参数的运动学比较和分析，发现我国男子跳远运动员的绝对速度较慢，起跳角度相对较小，运动员的起跳能力较差。认为，在今后的跳运训练中，应提高运动员的绝对速度，改善起跳技术，加强起跳能力的培养。 |

| Abstract: | By kinetic comparison and analysis of the key technical parameters of the top men's long jumpers at home and abroad, the present paper finds that, compared with men's long jumpers of other countries, the absolute speed of men's long jumpers of our country is slower, takeoff angle is relatively smaller and takeoff ability is poorer, too. It holds that in the long jump training ahead, the Chinese men's long jumpers should increase the absolute speed , improve takeoff technique as well as strengthen the training for takeoff ability. |
