北京奥运会志愿者多元培训方式的思考

摘    要:运用现代人力资源管理理论,对北京奥运会志愿者多元培训方式进行研究。在阐述北京奥运会志愿者的职责及其培训价值、特点的基础上,提出北京奥运会志愿者的多元培训方式:实践培训与理论培训相结合;集中培训与分散培训相结合;面授培训与远程培训相结合;一般培训与专项培训相结合;长期培训与短期培训相结合;自主培训与组织培训相结合。

Abstract:The modern management theory of manpower resources was applied to doing research on the plural-training manners of the volunteers for Beijing Olympic Games.Based on setting forth the duty,training value and characteristics of the volunteers for Beijing Olympic Games,it put forward the plural-training manners of the volunteers for Beijing Olympic Games,i.e.the combinations of practical training with theoretical training,centralized training with decentralized training,personally instructing training with distant training,general training with specialized training,long-term training with short-term training and self-dependent training with organized training.
