| 上海市田径"三线"基本现状分析与思考 | |

| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法，对上海市田径“三线”基本现状进行了分析。认为：上海市田径“三线”在生源、经费、学训安排、教练员评估体系、选材、训练、比赛的科学化程度等方面存在一些问题。提出扩大经费投入及宣传力度，推进“体教结合”，建立合理的教练员评估体系，转变培训机制等建议。 |

| Abstract: | The research methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics etc.were used to analyze the basic status quo of the third-level track & field rank in Shanghai.It holds that as for Shanghai third-level track & field rank,there exist some problems in the aspects of source,fund,arrangement of study and training,evaluation system of coaches,selection of talent,scientificized degree of training and competition etc.,and makes the suggestions of increasing investment of fund and propagational dynamic,pushing forward the combination of sport with education,setting up a reasonable evaluation system of coaches,changing the training mechanism and so forth. |
