| 摘 要： | 现代竞技排球教练员素质能力不仅关系到其自身的执教能力和水平,而且对运动员的成才和训练有着重要而深远的影响。通过对我国男排后备队伍青年男排教练员进行问卷调查,对现代竞技排球教练员所应具备的素质能力进行了分析和探讨,旨在为建立一支职业道德品质高、执教能力强的高水平教练员队伍提供参考与借鉴。

| Abstract: | The accomplishments and abilities of modern athletic volleyball coach are not only concerned with their coaching level,but also of vital importance to the growth and training of the players.By investigating the youth men volleyball coaches of china,this article analyses and probes into the essential accomplishments and anlilties of modern athletic volleyball coach,into order to provide reference for the construction of a team of coaches with good moral character and high coaching level. |
