| Abstract: | Judose,an ancient yet brand-new sport,is an important part o Chinese traditional sport events.This essay probes into the possibility and the necessity of the launch of Judose among teenagers in terms of the characteristics,fitness functions and exercising value of Judose,thus providing some effective basis for the promotion of this sport event among teenagers. |
