| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等对影响福建省排球后备人才的现状进行了研究，旨在为福建省排球运动今后的发展提供建议。结果显示：福建省排球后备人才年龄、身高结构基本合理；地区分布和规模上存在显著差异；竞赛和训练水平还需进一步提高；教练员队伍业务素质有待加强。
