论传统武术竞赛现状及前景探索

在全民健身运动蓬勃发展的背景下,中国传统的武术也应该是其中一项重要的内容,但当前传统武术竞赛中除了个别项目较为均衡外,其他项目均存在规模较小、形式单一的问题。如何解决这一现状问题以及如何发展和普及传统武术运动已成为一个十分重要的课题。本文通过对相关文献资料的研究以及对实践活动的调查,得出结论:要发展传统武术,应该以对武术的保护为基础,将传统武术文化和现代文化相结合,完善现有的传统武术竞赛方案。并且根据传统武术的特点对其进行合理科学的创新,从而有效地推进传统武术的发展。

Study of Actuality and Development of the Traditional Martial Arts

Under the background of vigorous development of the national fitness campaign, the traditional Chinese martial arts should be one of the important content, but nowadays there are some problems about the development of it. For example, most projects of the traditional martial arts competition are on a small scale and in a single form. So how to solve these problems, how to develop and popularize the traditional martial arts has become a very important issue. This thesis based on the study of literature and the investigation of practice, considered that to develop the traditional martial arts, should be based on the protection of martial arts, to combine it with the modem culture, to perfect the existing traditional martial arts competition scheme. And to innovate it in a reasonable and scientific way according to its characteristics, further more, in order to develop the traditional martial arts effectively.
