世界优秀男子自由体操运动员成套动作编排特征研究

为世界男子自由体操成套动作的编排趋向及变化规律,优化我国运动员成套动作结构,。运用录像资料、文献资料等资料搜集方法和视频观察、数理统计等分析方法。发现单个E组以上难度动作比重增大,技巧连接以向前的＂挂串＂连接和向后的＂回笼＂连接为主,＂D＋D＂链接数量稀少,四种难度价值编排模式的特征各异。建议我国运动员应着重采用第三种编排模式,同时增加成套动作中单个E组动作数量及链接串数,注重开发＂D＋D＂难度链接。

Research On The Feature Of The World Elite Male Floor Exercise Complete Movement Choreography

The purpose of this study is explore the world male gymnastics action layout changes and trends,to optimize our athletes complete action structure,continue to lift the world for male free gymnastics of our country,provide a reference. Methods： the study mainly uses the video data,literature data collection method of mathematical statistics and video observation,analysis methods. Conclusion： single E group above difficulty action will increase,skills connected to forward ＂ hanging on＂ connection and backward ＂ withdrawal＂ connection oriented, ＂ D ＋ D＂ link in the number of rare,features four difficulty value of different arrangement mode. Suggestion： Chinese athletes should focus on using third kinds of layout patterns,but also increase the number of complete set of movements and links in a single E group action string number,focus on the development of the ＂ D ＋ D＂ difficulty links.
