| 摘 要： | 以高校排球技术教学训练过程的优化控制为研究内容。在对高校排球技术教学方法与训练特征进行分析的基础上,应用＂二论＂基本原理对高校排球技术动作教学训练过程进行了模式化的设计与应用,旨在为提高高校排球技术教学训练的效果及实施科学化的教学训练方法提供理论与实践依据。

| Abstract: | This article takes optimized control of college volleyball technology teaching training process as research content.College volleyball skills in the teaching methods and training features were analyzed based on the application of the ＂three theory＂ basic principles to college volleyball action teaching in order to enhance the effectiveness of college volleyball teaching and training,and provide theoretical and practical basis of scientific teaching and training methods. |
