通过对“阳光体育运动”开展过程中现存的问题进行剖析，认为开展“阳光体育运动”要营造良好的舆论导向；要完善制度，保证安全；要健全完善“学社联携”组织，创建“学社融合”体系；要结合《国家学生体质健康标准》的实施；健全学校体育工作机制，做到有章可循、有法可依，确保阳光体育运动的顺利开展。

Discussion on Existing Problem and Corresponding Measurement of the Development of Sunny Sports Movement

The author analyzed the existing problem in development of Sunny Sports Movement. Then, the author offered the following suggestions： development of Sunny Sports Movement should form a right value environment; a perfectible rule and regulation should be established to ensure the students＇ rescue; Sunny Sports Movement should form harmonious system that let school, family and community to join it, put it into practice effectively; Sunny Sports Movement should be combined with the implementation of National Student Fitness Standard; Sunny Sports Movement should establish a effective mechanism of school physical education, put it in practice by a rule and regulation, and ensure to bring it into effect.
