| 摘 要： | 在简述了体育会所的经营现状和存在的问题之后,指出体育会所所有权模糊是影响体育会所发展的重要因素。因此,发展体育会所首先应以《物权法》为基本依据,在明晰会所所有权的基础上,建立会所所有权的共享机制,进而确立会所的服务性质。其次,在具体的运营方式上,体育会所可在“泛会所”、连锁式、专业机构运营、社区服务等方面寻求适合的发展道路。

| Abstract: | After sketching the operation situation and existing problem of sports service complex,the paper pointed out that the ambiguity in the ownership of the sports service complex is an important affecting factor.Therefore,the development of sports service complex first should take the "Property Law" as fundamental basis to make the ownership of the complex clear and establish the mechanisms for sharing the ownership of the complex.Second,on specific operating mode,the sports service complex can seek suitable development path among the "wide-clubs",chain-operating,professional bodies operators,community service. |
