On the Teaching Points of Core Actions of the 2006 Edition Second Class Compulsories of Women's Gymnastics

On September 6th,2006,the Gymnastics Management Center of the General Administration of Sport of China issued the fourth edition ＂On Gymnastics Level Athletes＇ Compulsories and Scoring Rules＂.The version on the basis of the 1979 edition has reduced the difficulty to allow more people to enjoy gymnastics resources,thereby contributing to the popularity of gymnastics.Therefore,this article,on a thorough research into the teaching points of core actions of the 2006 edition ＂Second Class Athletes＇ Compulsory Exercise of Women＇s Gymnastics ＂,wants to give guide suggestions on perfecting athletes＇ technical structure,popularizing gymnastics class actions,and directing the public promoting health by the application of gymnastics.
