创建普通高校体育理论教学体系的构想

体育理论课是高校体育教育的有机组成部分.它能够在较短时间内,向学生集中传授大量有关体育与社会、体育保健、体育人文、运动常识等兼具科学性与实用性的知识;有效地改变大学生淡漠的体育观念和意识,提高当代大学生应具备的体育文化素养.但纵观以往高校体育改革,多注重技术教学而忽视体育理论教学改革.为此,研究结合学校体育教学改革实践,提出创建普通高校体育理论教学体系的构想,为进一步深化普通高校体育教学改革提供参考.

Thought of Establishing Physical Education Theory Class Teaching System in Higher Learning

As a component of Physical Education class in higher learning,physical education theory class is able to concentratively impart a great deal of knowledge about sports and society,sports and health care sport humanities,sports general knowledge to college students in a short time.In consequence,the college students' indifferent sports concept and conciousness can be changed and their physcial culture attainments can be prompted effectively.Unfortunately,the previouse reform in higher learning only focused on the skill teaching and ignored the theory class teaching.Therefor,this study brings forward a new physical education theory class teaching system to provide a reference to deepen physical education teching reform in higher learning and conmbines the physical education class teaching reform in our school.
