高质量发展背景下体育产业的协同治理路径

运用文献资料法、专家访谈法等研究方法,探索高质量发展与协同治理的关系,剖释高质量发展赋予体育产业协同治理的时代使命,分析高质量发展背景下体育产业协同治理存在的政府传统管理观念依旧、市场运作模式功能弱化、社会参与治理程度较低、法律保障体系建设不强等现实阻滞。基于上述分析,构建了体育产业多元主体协同治理模型,提出推动体育产业政府治理转型升级、构筑公平健康的体育产业市场经济、提升体育产业社会参与治理能力、健全覆盖型体育产业法治保障体系等优化路径,以实现体育产业有效治理,助推新时代体育产业高质量发展。

Collaborative Governance Path of Sports Industry under the Background of High Quality Development

By using the methods of literature review and expert interview,this paper explores the relationship between high-quality development and collaborative governance,explains the era mission of collaborative governance of sports industry entrusted by high-quality development,and analyzes the existing problems of collaborative governance of sports industry under the background of high-quality development,such as the government's traditional management concept is still the same,the market operation mode function is weakened,the degree of social participation in governance is low,the legal protection is weak and the system construction is not strong.Based on the above analysis,this paper constructs a multi-subject collaborative governance model of sports industry,and puts forward some optimization paths,such as promoting the transformation and upgrading of government governance of sports industry,building a fair and healthy market economy of sports industry,improving the social participation and governance ability of sports industry,and improving the legal guarantee system of sports industry,so as to realize the effective governance of sports industry and boost the development of sports industry in the new era quality development.
