善治理论下体育社会组织发展的制约因素与路径选择

随着经济加速转轨以及社会结构的不断变迁,社会矛盾日益突出,利益分化不断加剧,以善治为中心,实现体育社会组织参与社会治理是全面深化体育体制改革,推进国家治理现代化的必然要求。如何推进体育社会组织健康发展,是体育体制改革与创新的一个关键环节,是善治理论下政府治理的有益实践与探索。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,从善治理论视角,寻找当前中国体育社会组织发展的制约因素,为体育社会组织的良性发展提出切实可行的现实路径。

Development of Sports Social Organizations and Path Selection Under the Theory of Good Governance the Restricting Factors

With our country economy to accelerate the transition and social structure changes, and social contradictions increasingly prominent and the increasing interest differentiation, with good governance as the center,the evitable demands to realize sports social organizations to participate in social governance is to comprehensively deepen reform,and promote the requirement of the modernization of the national governance. How to promote the healthy development of the sports social organizations, is a key point for our country sports system reform and innovation,and is the beneficial practice and exploration under the good governance. Using documentary, logical analysis, from the perspective of the theory of good governance, the paper looks for the current Chinese sports restricts the development of social organizations, to the benign development of sports social organizations and put forward the feasible path of reality.
