我国高水平竞技体育人才流失现象分析

运用文献资料等方法对竞技体育人才流失的现象及其根源进行分析,以促进竞技体育的可持续发展。研究表明:流失现象的主要特点是项目集中、流向稳定、逐步增加、竞技水平突出、性别特征;造成这种现象的原因是国际体育组织规则允许、国外优厚待遇和福利诱惑、国内竞争环境激烈、体制的弊端、"援外计划"与"养狼计划"的影响。

The brain drain phenomenon analysis of high level of competitive sports of our country

By using methods of literature to the brain drain phenomenon of athletics sports of our country is analyzed, and the causes in order to promote the sustainable development of competitive sports in our country. Research shows that the loss of the number of athletes is more, erosion is the main features are: the item set, flow stability, gradually increase, outstanding competitive level, gender characteristics. The causes of this phenomenon is: international sports organization rules allow, perks and benefits temptation abroad, domestic environment of fierce competition, the drawbacks of the system, the “care plan”and “a Wolf plan”.
