| 摘 要： | 提高准确踏板的成功率，是跳远比赛中保证运动员技术水平正常发挥的重要的条件之一。然而实际比赛中因起跳脚踩线或踏不上起跳板的状况却长期困扰着运动员参赛技术水平的正常发挥。笔者从长期的跳远教学和训练的实践中，经深入研究，分析出产生的原因，进而总结出相应的调整方法，以解决了教师或教练员、运动员共同关心的问题。

| Abstract: | Accurate take - off is one of the most important conditions for a successful long jumper. Steping the foot point and missing the take - off board prevent aling jumper from winning the competiton. To solve this problem,the author made detailed researches on the causes of this phenomenon. On the basis of many years'ofteaching and coaching,the author advanced the methods of adjustment concerned byboth teachers(coachers)and long jumpers. |
