大学生转型期心理健康问题的初探

通过文献资料及问卷调查等研究方法,对怀化学院2004级新生心理健康问题进行了2年的跟踪调查及分析.结果显示:大学生转型期心理健康问题有不同程度的加重,说明学生从中学迈入大学后心理健康水平在下降;来自城镇的大学生经过2年的大学生活,2年前后心理症状存在极显著性差异,他们的心理健康指数有下滑倾向.针对大学生这种现状及影响因素提出一些保障大学生心理健康的对策.

Initially Discussion On Psychological Health Problems Of The University Students During Their Transforming Time

By the methods of literature and questionnaire investigation, the author has made a tracking survey and analysis of the psychological health problems of freshmen in 2004 grade of Huai Hua Academy for 2 years. The results showed:the psychological health problems of the university students were worse with different degree during their transforming period,it illustrated their psychological health level was generally coming down,who strided from middle school to university .The university students who came from city and town lived in university after two years, there was very significant difference comparing their life with that before , their index number of psychological health had the descending inclination. Provided some countermeasure for assuring psychological health of the university students, aiming at the current situation and influencing factors of their psychological health.
