广西汉族学生体质状况原因分析及对策研究

目的：对广西汉族学生体质状况进行分析及原因探究,为深入研究和干预决策提供参考。方法：测试指标分为身体形态、生理机能和身体素质等,按照《2005年全国学生体质健康调研工作手册》中规定的检测项目及检测细则进行检测,同时就2011年广西学生体质健康与阳光体育运动的开展情况,对各级各类学校主管领导进行调研访谈并向体育教师和学生发放了问卷。采用SPSS常规统计方法。结果：广西汉族学生身体形态发育水平总体提高;生理生化的功能水平有所改善;身体素质和运动能力水平有所提高。结论：从体育锻炼不足、学业压力沉重、营养过剩或营养不良、体育教学效果不佳、家庭环境的影响5个方面对广西学生体质状况进行了原因分析,并提出了牢固树立＂健康第一＂指导思想;加强科学锻炼;减轻学业负担,保证睡眠,合理饮食等一系列对策。

The Analysis Of Causes And Countermeasures For The Physique Condition Of Students In Guangxi

Objective: The reason analysis and the countermeasure research on students’ physical conditions in Guangxi.Methods;In accordance with test projects and rules in the "2005 National Student Physical Health Research Handbook",the test indexes are body shape,physical function and physical quality and so on.At the same time,concerning with the 2011 Guangxi student physical health and sunlight sports,the authors interviewed various school leaders and teachers as well as questionnaires for sports teachers and students.SPSS conventional statistical methods are used.Results: Both the growth of the overall students’ body form level,physiological and biochemical function and physical fitness and motor ability level in Guangxi have improved.Conclusion: There are five aspects influenced on students’ physique condition in Guangxi,such as lack of physical exercise,academic stress,nutrition or malnutrition,insufficient physical education effect,the family environment influence.At last this paper puts forward a series of countermeasures that firmly establish the guiding ideology of "health first".
