| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、综合分析等方法,对民俗体育的内涵进行界定,并进一步归纳出中国民俗体育的特点：民俗性和地域性、阶段性和继承性、生活性和融合性;在总结了其愉悦生活,强身健体、修身养性等功能的基础上,试图对现代民俗体育的发展方向及开发价值进行理论铺垫。

| Abstract: | The paper defines the concept of folk sports by using the methods of literature and synthesis,and further sums up the characteristics of Chinese folk sports: the folk customs and territoriality,succession and stage,life and integration;Based on the summary of the function of modem folk sports such as dulcifying living,building strong bodies and cultivating moral characters,etc,it focuses on the development direction and the development value of modern folk sports upon these research results. |
