高水平中学生运动员培养新路探析——解读清华大学"马约翰"体育特长班办学模式

研究运用文献资料法、调查法、访谈法等方法,以清华大学“马约翰”体育特长班为案例,提出了高水平中学生运动员培养的“金字塔”模型,即在选拔———培养———输送三个环节中,以“名校品牌”为支撑、依托大学和中学的“优良师资”、向普通高校高水平运动队输送“高水平中学生运动员”,并剖析了其办学模式的基本特征、存在问题及策略选择,旨在为“体教结合”创新发展提供有益思考,为高水平中学生运动员培养模式探索新路,为竞技体育可持续发展另辟蹊径。

An Analysis Of New Way To Cultivate High-Level Student-and-Athlete In Middle Schools——Explanation of the Pattern of Running a School in Tsinghua University "Ma Yuehan" Class with Sports Specialty

By using method of literature data,on-the-spot investigation and interview,etc.this paper,based on the case of Tsinghua University "MaYuehan" Class with sports specialty,puts forward the "pyramid" model on cultivating high-level student-and-athlete in middle schools.It assumes that three connected steps__selection,cultivation and transportation are essential to this model which is supported with the brand of famous school,relied on the superior teachers of universities and middle schools,and transported the high-level student-and-athlete in middle schools to the high-level sports teams of the general universities and colleges.Meanwhile the paper analyzes the basic features of the model,the existing problems and gives the related suggestions.The paper aims at providing the reflections on creative development of combination of sports and education,seeking the new way on cultivating high-level student-andathlete in the middle schools,and creating new method for the sustainable development of competitive sports.
