对游泳训练中水上力量训练的新观察

摘    要:通过文献资料法、数理统计法及实验法对中国矿业大学游泳运动员的运动成绩进行了比较分析,结果得出运动员通过一段时间的以增加游进阻力为主的水上力量训练后,成绩的提升幅度要比以增加推进阻力为主的水上力量训练后的成绩提升幅度大,并且呈显著性差异,建议教练员在进行水上力量训练安排时,重视运用游进阻力训练方法来提高队员的运动水平.

Abstract:By using the method of documentary,materials,statistics and contrasting during the experiments,we have been helping the 20 players do the special strength training in water for about 11 months.It turns out: the players who have more swimming resistance strength training have an enhancement overall but the players who have little swimming resistance and more propulsive resistance;the testing results suggest that instructors should attach importance to swimming resistance training.
