为探讨田径运动员运动性晕厥的发病机理及防治方法，对田径运动员运动性晕厥的临床资料进行归纳分析，提出预防和监测的措施。结果显示：大脑一过性的脑缺血是发生晕厥的主要原因；超负荷运动及剧烈运动后突然中止运动者发生率较高；建议：坚持科学系统的训练原则，避免因过度疲劳引起的运动性晕厥的发生。
