浅谈女生健美操教学中美的教育

我国学校女生健美操教学一直沿用徒手教学－配乐教学－考试的形式，很少对健美操以外的理论特别是美学理论进行教学，本文试图在进行健美操技术教学的同时，加强健康美，形体美、风度美、气质美的教育，使学生健身、健心、健美和协统。

A Study on the Education of Aesthetics in Aerobics Training For School Girls

In China,the aerobics training for school girls continues following from bare-handed or dub in music teaching to examination,seldom touches upon other theory except aerobics,particularly in a esthetics. In this thesis,meanwhile talking about the training skill of aerobics,I try to enhance the education of good health, beauty form, good demeanor and good temperament, so as to have the students good at body, mind and strong and handsome in perfect harmony.
