| 摘 要： | 对于特殊形状的剪切销,采用传统的剪切试验不能完全满足对其断裂性能的分析要求,本文利用三维造型及有限元分析方法对这种剪切销的断裂过程进行动态仿真模拟,为分析特种剪切销的抗剪强度提供一种理想的方法。 |

| Abstract: | The shear pin used in rockets is the key to opening the wing parts.Because traditional tests can’t completely satisfy the requirements of the analysis to special shear pins’ rupture characteristic and function,in this paper,we used 3D modeling software and finite element analysis software to make the dynamics simulation,simulating the fracture process of special shear pin.the simulation provides an ideal method for the analysis of the special shear pin’s shear strength. |
