基于软交换技术的电力调度组网设计

摘    要:濮阳供电公司将在新调度大楼进行调度交换机的升级与改造,本文通过研究广哈调度台,探讨了下一代融合型电力调度台在电力调度组网中的使用方式,并提出了新的功能设计要求和规范。通过利用融合型调度台的组网能力,能够实现现有电路调度交换机和下一代软交换调度平台的平稳过度和融合,保证了电力调度生产以及指挥的安全、高效。

Abstract:The dispatch switch will be updated and improved in the new dispatching building of Puyang Power Supply Company. By researching the Guangha dispatching station, this paper discusses the usage mode of the next generation fusion type electric power dispatching station in electric power dispatching network, and puts forward new functional design requirements and specification. Through the use of networking capability of fusion type dispatching station, it can realize a smooth transition and integration between the existing circuit scheduling switches and next generation soft-switch dispatching platform, which guarantees the production of electric power dispatching and the safe and efficient command.
