| 摘 要： | 本文以《科学引文索引(扩展版)》(Science Citation Index Expanded)为情报源,对新疆2007-2010年4年间被其收录的任意作者的论文从时间、作者、机构、文献出版语言、文献类型、主要发文期刊、学科以及主要合作国家(地区)与机构分布等九个方面进行了全面的统计分析,为科研管理部门制定科技规划、实施成果奖励等提供了依据。
