科学数据引用标准实施的关键问题探析

目的/意义]对科学数据引用标准实施过程中的关键问题进行探讨,总结国外实践经验,为我国科学数据引用标准化提供借鉴和参考。方法/过程]在对国内外科学数据引用标准进行全面调研的基础上,采用案例分析法,从数据引用服务的开展、数据引用标准实施指南的联合推行、数据引用系统的开发与应用及引用标准实施效果的反馈4方面深入分析澳大利亚ANDS数据引用实践。结果/结论]通过调研及分析提出我国科学数据引用标准实施建议:便捷的用户服务、DOI技术的嵌入使用、系统化的数据存储与管理和广泛的业务合作。

Analysis on the Key Issues in the Implementation of Scientific Data Citation Standards

Objective/Implication］The paper discussed the key issues in the implementation of scientific data citation standards,summarized the foreign practical experience,and provided reference for the standardization of scientific data citation in China.Method/Process］Based on comprehensive research of the reference standards on scientific data at home and abroad,the case analysis method was adopted,from four aspects such as the development of data reference services,the joint implementation of data citation standards implementation guides,the development and application of data reference systems,and the feedback on the implementation of citation standards in-depth analysis Australian ANDS data citation practice.Results/Conclusions］Through research and analysis,the author put forward the implementation recommendations for China scientific data citation standards:convenient user services,embedded use of DOI technology,systematic data storage and management,and extensive business cooperation.
