摘    要:基于科研团队绩效评价已有成果,把协同意愿纳入科研团队绩效评价体系,使用AHP层次分析法,构建包含2个二级指标和8个三级指标的协同创新科研团队绩效评价体系,以便对科研团队的协同创新能力进行数字化,并构建科研团队画像.最后选取华中科技大学某团队进行实验,构建的画像成功反映团队的协同创新能力.

Abstract:Based on the existing researches of performance evaluation of scientific research team, this paper integrates the collaborative willingness into scientific research team performance evaluation system. This paper uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process to build an evaluation system for collaborative innovation of scientific research team which includes 2 secondary indicators and 8 tertiary indicators. Then the collaborative innovation ability of the research team can be easily digitized to construct the portrait of the research team. Finally, a team from Huazhong University of Science and Technology is selected for the experiment, and the constructed portrait successfully reflects the collaborative innovation ability of the team.
