高新技术企业研发人员跨界行为何以激励探索式创新？——一个有调节的中介效应模型

运用资源依赖理论，构建研发人员跨界行为、知识重构影响企业探索式创新的有调节的中介效应模型，运用259份有效问卷通过层次回归、bootstrap等数据分析方法进行实证分析，研究研发人员跨界行为对探索式创新的影响机制并进一步证明环境动荡性的调节作用。研究结果表明，研发人员跨界行为能够显著提高高新技术企业探索式创新；研发人员跨界行为对探索式创新的影响主要通过知识重构介导；环境动荡性增强了研发人员跨界行为对探索式创新的影响。

How R D Personnel"s Boundary Spanning Behavior in High-Technology Firms Promotes Exploratory Innovation

With the advent of the era of collaborative innovation, the boundary spanning behavior of R&D personnel has become a basic way for high-tech enterprises to focus on exploratory innovation. This paper applies resource dependence theory to develop a moderated mediating effect model of R&D personnel''s boundary spanning behavior and knowledge reconfiguration on exploratory innovation in firms, and conducts an empirical analysis using 259 valid questionnaires through hierarchical regression, bootstrap and other data analysis methods to study the influence mechanism and further prove the moderating role of environmental turbulence. The results of the study show that: R&D personnel''s boundary spanning behavior can significantly increase exploratory innovation in high-tech enterprises; the impact of R&D personnel''s boundary spanning behavior on exploratory innovation is mainly mediated by knowledge reconstruction; environmental turbulence enhances the impact of R&D personnel''s boundary spanning behavior on exploratory innovation. The results of this study enrich the theoretical study of R&D personnel''s boundary spanning behavior and exploratory innovation, and at the same time provide guiding practical suggestions for firms to improve their innovation capabilities and enhance their competitive advantages.
