信息不对称视角下工程管理信息化建设决策研究

结合工程管理信息化建设现状,分析工程管理信息化建设信息不对称现象以及所带来的风险因素和不良后果。在此基础上,分析工程管理信息化建设中信息不对称导致的逆向选择,据此研究并构建工程管理信息化建设决策模型,提出不同情况下业主、开发商、第三方的决策建议。

Research on Decision of Project Management Informationization Construction Based on Information Asymmetry

Project management informationization is imperative, but the success rate of informationization construction is generally low for a long time, the main reason is the information asymmetry in the construction of project management informationization. How to effectively improve the information asymmetry in project management informationization has become an urgent problem to be solved. Combined with the status quo of project management informationization construction, this paper analyzes the information asymmetry of project management informationization construction and the risk factors and adverse consequences. On this basis, the paper analyzes the reverse selection caused by information asymmetry in project management informationization construction, and constructs the decision model of project management informationization construction, and puts forward the decision-making suggestions of owners, developers and third parties under different circumstances. The research results of this paper have some reference significance to the control of the key aspects of project management informationization construction. At the same time, it provides a reference for the scientific design of the owners development model, contract model, construction management system.
