| 摘 要： | 服务外包业务多会涉及商业秘密,对商业秘密的保护是不少外包项目顺利进行的必要条件.实践中,接包企业对自身商业秘密保护的问题往往被忽视.接包企业不仅要履行保护发包方商业秘密的义务,也应保护好自己的商业秘密免遭泄露,特别是在离岸外包中,面对有着保护商业秘密丰富经验的发包方,接包企业采取有效措施保护好自己的商业秘密显得尤为重要.
