基于新产品开发链的协同研发管理研究

供应商参与到新产品开发流程中,我们称之为新产品开发链,通常被认为会给工业组织带来实质的收益。然而,很少有研究涉及到这种供应商参与的产品开发流程管理,即如何更好地协调供应商的参与。因此,在对新产品开发链进行定义的基础上,提出了基于新产品开发链的三层架构的协调研发模型:新产品开发链的战略;支持供应商参与的流程和组织结构;支持协调研发的信息技术。

Collaborative Development Management within a New Product Development Chain

Supplier’s involvement in the design of product,which can be called a new product development chain,is generally regarded as substantial benefit to the organization.But,there has been little work done on the management of product development ways,namely,ways of harmonizing the supplier involvement.So,based on the definition of the new product development chain,we proposed the collaborative development model.The model has three levels: a strategy for development chain design,process and governance structures that define how the partners will work together,and information technology that effectively supports collaborative development.
