| 摘 要： | 区域电网的排放量一般都是采用生产端责任原则来核算。为了有效促进消费端进行减排,提出基于消费端责任原则和共担责任原则的碳排放核算方法,并利用2011年数据核算我国各电网之间电力调度的内含碳,最后进一步核算我国各区域电网的碳排放量。

| Abstract: | Regional power grid emissions accounting method generally based on the production responsibility principle.In order to effectively promote the consumption side to reduce emissions, this paper proposed two carbon accounting methods, which are based on the consumption responsibility principle and the Shared responibility principle respectively.Based on 2011 statistic data, this paper accounted embodied carbon of electric power dispatching between Chinese power grids ,and furtherly calculates the carbon emissions of the regional power grid in our country |
