摘    要:分组教学是现今课堂上较常出现的一个教学模式,相比其他三个教学模式,分组教学模式在对学习目标的清晰、知识的掌握和运用以及学生积极性和自主能力的调动以及创新性上等更具优势,而且它与职业教育倡导让学生“动起来”、“做起来”的教学改革和课堂创新的宗旨不谋而合。然而这种相对稳固的教学模式在现在的课堂实践中却遇到了不少的挑战。

A Study on the Innovative Practice of Group Teaching in Class
Abstract:Group teaching as a teaching mode is now more often appear in the class. Compared with the other three teaching modes, there are more advantages in group teaching, like the clear learning goals, knowledge’ s mastering and applying, mobilizing students’ enthusiasm, independence and innovation, and so on. Moreover, it coincides with the aim of the teaching reform and class innovation lets the students“move” and “to do“ in the vocational education. But now this relatively stable teaching mode has met a lot of challenges in class practice.
