知识组合新颖性、网络特征与核心发明人关系研究

研究目的]专利是企业或组织获取核心竞争力的重要工具。专利发明人作为专利价值的载体,对企业或组织发展的影响不可忽视。从知识组合新颖性与网络特征两个方面进行分析,为企业或组织识别、挖掘及引进核心人才提供参考。研究方法]从Derwent Innovation数据库中选取LED专利,以专利诉讼视角将发明人专利是否涉讼作为核心发明人的代理变量,发明人的知识组合新颖性、度数中心性、接近中心性、中介中心性、特征向量中心性作为自变量,进行Logistic回归。研究结论]研究发现知识组合新颖性、度数中心性、接近中心性、特征向量中心性与核心发明人有显著的正向影响。建议企业或组织在挖掘及引进技术人才时应多关注技术领域不同、合作次数较多以及拥有较多重要合作伙伴的发明人。

The Relationship Between Novelty of Knowledge Combination,Network Characteristics and Key Inventors

Research purpose]Patent is an important tool for acquiring core competencies.As the carrier of the patent value,the inventor's influence on the development of the enterprises or organizations cannot be ignored.By analyzing from the two aspects of the novelty of knowledge combination and network characteristics,this paper provides a new reference for enterprises or organizations to identify mine and introduce key inventors.Research method]The study selects LED patents from the Derwent Innovation database.From the perspective of patent litigation,whether the inventor's patent is involved in litigation or not is taken as the proxy variable of the key inventors,and novelty of knowledge combination,degree,closeness,intermediary and eigenvector centrality are taken as independent variables to construct the Logistic regression model.Research conclusion]The study found that the novelty of knowledge combination,degree,closeness and eigenvector centrality have significant positive impacts on the key inventors.When introducing technical talents,enterprises or organizations should pay more attention to inventors who have different technical fields,more cooperation times,less reliance on intermediaries and more important partners when mining and introducing technical talents.
