医学本科生科研兴趣及影响因素的调查分析

目的:调查本校医学本科生的科研兴趣,并对影响科研兴趣的因素进行分析,为培养创新医学人才提供依据。方法:自行设计问卷,对我校在校医学本科生随机进行调查,回收问卷后进行统计,对影响科研兴趣的因素进行单因素分析。结果:回收有效问卷835份,其中45.27%的学生对科研非常感兴趣,50.18%的学生对科研一般感兴趣,仅有4.55%的学生对科研不感兴趣。影响学生科研兴趣的因素主要有专业、年级、对科研重要性的认识、参加科研的目的、开展实验的意愿、科研对毕业论文的帮助等(P<0.05),而学生的性别、年龄对科研兴趣没有影响(P>0.05)。结论:本校大部分学生对科研存在不同程度的兴趣,且临床专业学生、大一新生以及认为科研重要、科研目的明确、愿意开展实验的学生对科研的兴趣更浓厚。学校应优化学生培养模式,进一步提高学生的科研兴趣,提升学生综合素质,为社会医疗事业培养更优秀的人才。

Investigation and Analysis of Medical Undergraduates’Scientific Research Interest and Its Influencing Factors

Objective: To investigate the scientific research interest of medical undergraduates in this university, and analyze the factors that affect scientific research interest, so as to provide a basis for cultivating innovative medical talents. Methods: Self-designed questionnaires was used to conduct a random survey on the medical undergraduates of this university. A statistical analysis was made after the questionnaires were collected, and the factors affecting scientific research interest were analyzed respectively.Results: 835 valid questionnaires were collected, of which 45.27% of the students were very interested in scientific research, 50.18% of the students were generally interested in scientific research, and only 4.55% of the students were not interested in scientific research. The factors that affect students’ scientific research interest mainly include major, grade, awareness of the importance of scientific research, the purpose of participating in scientific research, the willingness to carry out experiments, the help of scientific research on graduation thesis, etc.(P<0.05), while the genders and ages of students has no effect on scientific research interest(P>0.05). Conclusion: Most students in this university have varying degrees of interest in scientific research, and clinical students, freshmen, and students who think scientific research is important, have clear research goals, and are willing to carry out experiments, are more interested in scientific research. The university administrators should optimize the student training model, further increase students’ scientific research interest, and improve students’ overall quality, so as to cultivate better talents for social medical services.
