分党委在学院科学发展中的实践作为研究——以山西财经大学统计学院为例

目前，高等教育面临诸多改革，也为高校党建工作带来了新的挑战和机遇。本文研究在目前高校管理体制下，学院分党委如何利用党政联席会议制度，在学科建设、人才培养、科学研究、服务社会中进行实践作为，引领学院实现科学发展、跨越发展，在学校转型发展、科学发展中发挥示范作用。

Research on the Practice and Action of Branch Party Committee in the Scientific Development of Colleges：A Case Study on Faculty of Statistics,Shanxi University of Finance ＆amp; Economics

Currently, higher education is faced with many re-forms, which also bring new challenges and opportunities to uni-versity Party construction. This paper studies how college branch Party committees, under the current university management sys-tem, use the joint conference system for Party and government to implement practice and action in disciplinary construction, talent cultivation, scientific research and social service, so as to guide the scientific and great-leap-forward development of colleges, and set an example in the transformation-oriented and scientific development of the university.
