Internationalization of university management is an in-herent need for university management development, but also the needs of social development. This article analyzed the current situation and widespread problems of domestic university man-agement system, briefly explained the significance of the interna-tionalization of university management, so as to explore the inter-nationalization of university management strategies to make col-lege and university management match international education and promote the internationalization of higher education develop-ment.
