新媒体时代下高校思想政治工作创新研究

在这个媒体发展迅猛的新时代，高校思想政治工作既遇到了巨大的挑战也遇到了全新的机遇。如何能够正确把握媒体发展的状态，并且把它合理地结合到思想政治工作创新中来，是很多高校思想政治工作者需要积极思考的一个问题。同时，媒体的发展也为高校思想政治工作的创新提供多样化的方法、多样化的技术和多样化的途径等等。在新媒体环境下，高校思想政治工作应该更多地向网络阵地转移，抓住时代赋予的机遇，主动迎接新时代发展带来的挑战。本文从新媒体时代下高校思想政治工作面临的挑战、出现的新问题入手，分析了新媒体时代的到来为高校思想政治工作带来的机遇，从而提出了高校思想政治工作创新的内容。

Research on the Innovation of University Ideological and Political Work in the New Media Age

The age in which media are developing rapidly, is both a great challenge and new opportunity for university ideological and political work. How to correctly grasp the status of media development and reasonably integrate it with the innovation of ideological and political work is an issue needing active considerations of university ideological and political workers. Meanwhile, media development has also provided diversified methods, techniques and ways for the innovation of university ideological and political work. In the new media environment, university ideological and political work should be transferred to the network position as far as possible, so as to grasp the opportunities endowed by the times and autonomously face up to the challenges brought by the new times. Starting from the challenges and new problems of university ideological and political work in the new media age, this paper analyzed the opportunities brought by the advent of the new media age to university ideological and political education, thus proposing the content for the innovation of u niversity ideological and political work.
