| 摘 要： | 本文基于动态能力的观点,以国内汽车行业制造商与供应商之间的纵向联盟为分析样本,提出了联盟管理以及联盟绩效的关键组成因素,并且建立了联盟管理影响联盟绩效的典型相关分析路径。统计研究表明:我国汽车行业制造商与供应商之间的纵向联盟管理与联盟的绩效显著正相关;联盟更多是依赖联盟溢出效应来影响联盟的绩效,而联盟目标实现程度、满意程度以及持续程度对于联盟绩效的影响作用不显著;联盟管理组成因素的线性组合模型主要是由交流合作管理程序所决定。最后本文针对以上研究结论提出了相应的管理实践建议和学术研究方向。

| Abstract: | Based on the view of dynamic capability,by using the vertical alliance between domestic antomobile manufactures and suppliers as an analysis sample,key composite factors for the alliance management and the alliance performance are proposed.The typical correlation analysis path that the alliance managtment affects the alliance performance is built.The statistical study indicates that the vertical alliance management betwee automobile manufactures and suppliers has a significant positive correlation with the alliance performance.The alliance heavily depends on the spillover effect to affect the alliance performance;and the implementation degree of the alliance goal,the satisfactory degree,and the persist degree have no obvious impact on the alliance performance.The linear formation model for alliance management composite factors mainly depends on the exchange cooperation management program,Finally,on the sasis of above study,the corresponding management practical suggtstion and academic research direction in the future are put forward. |
